Who to buy cell phone plan from online?

I know wirefly/inphonic are not the places to buy. Is letstalk.com or anyone else any better? I want a decent phone, preferrably from T-Mobile. Am I safer to just buy directly from the T-Mobile store??

got mine from tigerdirect, it was pretty quick...letstalk.com offers pretty much the same thing, never buy from the local mall...it's a rip off...so what do you planna' get?

I'd love to get a good, free phone, with online rebates...no mail-in rebates that never show.

I was considering them, but have never purchased online. I just think it is a rip-off to have to pay my existing carrier for a phone they will give a NEW customer free.
