Having problems using iPhone apps. 7-11 claims that data services are active. Voice services working fine. iPhone config file updated as follows:
APN: wap.cingular
user name: WAP@cingularGPRS.COM
password: CINGULAR1
proxy server: left blank
port: left blank
Error messages state that data services are not active or that it cannot connect to server. Shows 3G or E (Edge) in the service bar at the top of the screen.
7-11 customer non-support can't/won't resolve issue. They refer me to Apple. Apple will only support AT&T clientele. I'm trapped !!
