Blackberry App World Problem

Can anyone help please?

Downloaded BB App world for my daughters BB 9105, have registered her an account but when she opens the app and log in it logs in fine but when she accepts the tems and conditions it sticks on the following page which is the account information page!

We have tried reinstalling the app, battery pulls, even registering a new account but it still the same, its been like this since yesterday when she added her bB bundle, its on O2 btw.

If anyone can suggest something i would be more than grateful
