Disable internet from Samsung Tocco Lite

Just bought a Samsung Tocco lite for my son.
He is very happy with the phone but wants to permanently disable internet from the phone, I tried to delete
the browser but it won't allow me.
The phone is on t-mobile but bought from cpw so is unlocked.

I know on my Nokia 6700 I was kindly shown a way to do it.

I did a search so hope this hasn't been asked before.
